Give a boost to your energy core by enhancing:
~ Grounding
~ Immunity
~ Forward energy flow

EXERCISE:  
Thumping on the following points, for about 10 seconds each.

STOMACH

iris line,

below the eyes

KIDNEY 27

dips below the collar bones

THYMUS

below the breast

'bra line' at the ribcage sides

 
CROWN PULL
Open the head region by gently massaging around the head and then stretching from the centre line to:
~ Remove excess thoughts
~ Inspiration
~ Connection to the Universe (YANG)
EXERCISE:  
Starting from the forehead, massage the head centre line and then sweep across to the sides towards the ears.
- Continue along the centre line from the forehead down to the neck.
- When you reach the shoulders, give it a small massage and then sweep down to the Heart.

REPEAT ALONG THE CENTRE LINE ...

down to the back of the neck

FINISHING WITH the sweep around ears, down the neck

... and to the Heart

 
CROSS OVER
Enhance connection between left and right hemispheres: 
~ Clear thinking
~ Improved memory
~ Decision making
~ Reading & Writing 
~ Healing
EXERCISE: 
- Bringing arm in touch with the opposite knee / leg.
- Repeat for about 10 times each side (or for as long as it suits you).
Optional: The same movements can be performed while seated or lying down.

WAYNE COOK HOOK-UP
Allow for the front and back brain communication, and improve your:
~ Remove stress
~ Focus
~ Clear communication 
~ Learning ability
~ Come 'back to yourself'
EXERCISE (option 1 - ref. Eden Medicine):
- STEP 1 (3 breaths): Bring your legs into a cross + 'Hands stretched to the front back-to-back, then clasped over, and finally folded into to the chest'. 
- STEP 2 (3 breaths): Change the cross over to the other side (legs & arms).
- STEP 3 (3 breaths): Bring the fingertips together, and then place the thumbs on the point between the eyebrows (3rd eye). 
- STEP 4: Smooth the  thumbs over the forehead to the temples, then sweep the hands around the ears, and bring then down to the Heart.
Optional: The same sequence can be performed while seated.

EXERCISE (option 2 - ref. YOGA):

The same effect of the original Wayne Cook hook-up can be achieved with the 'Yoga Eagle asana'.

 
HEAVEN & EARTH
Be true connection between Planet Earth (YIN) and the Universe (YANG). Improve:  
~ Energy flow through the joints
~ Yin & Yang flow through the body 
~ Spleen & Tripple Warmer balance
~ Grounding 
EXERCISE: 
- STEP 1: Place both hands at the front of your legs for a moment.
- STEP 2: Inhale and stretch arms in the opposite ways, feel the stretch through the legs too.
- STEP 3: Repeat on the other side.
- STEP 4: Bend over, stay for 2 breaths.
- STEP 5: Come up by rolling the hands over the head, fluffing your aura, finishing back at the legs where you started in Step 1.

GROUNDING
Allow your body to exchange the electricity with nature:
~ Regulate your body polarity
~ Strengthen the core energy

EXERCISE: 
- Connect with nature
(grass, sand, trees)
through your palms and feet. 
- Stay for few relaxing deep breaths.
